Soheyl joined IGPE in 2006. Soheyl graduated from Kuwait University in 1990, passed his AMC in 1994 and completed his FRACGP in 1997. He is principal and GP supervisor of his practice in Cecil Hills. He is currently finishing his Diploma of Child Health.
